- Unit 4: Performance, Breach of Contract, and Remedies for Breach.
Module II: Special Contracts & Sale of Goods Act, 1930
- Unit 5: Contract of Indemnity and Guarantee.
- Unit 6: Contract of Bailment and Pledge.
- Unit 7: Law of Agency – Creation, Rights, Duties, and Termination.
- Unit 8: Sale of Goods Act, 1930 – Conditions, Warranties, Transfer of Ownership.
Module III: Companies Act, 2013 – Formation & Management
- Unit 9: Definition, Features, Types of Companies (Public, Private, OPC).
- Unit 10: Formation of a Company – Incorporation, MOA, AOA, Prospectus.
- Unit 11: Company Management – Directors, Appointment, Key Managerial Personnel (KMP).
- Unit 12: Company Meetings – Board Meetings, AGM, EGM, Resolutions.
Module IV: Consumer Protection & Information Technology Law
- Unit 13: Consumer Protection Act, 2019 – Objectives, Rights, Consumer Dispute Redressal Commissions.
- Unit 14: Information Technology Act, 2000 – Cyber Laws, Digital Signatures, Electronic Governance.
- Unit 15: Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) – Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights Overview.
- Unit 16: Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) Basics & Insolvency Code (IBC) Overview.
